they've been my vet for several years and I want to give them a shout-out today because they took excellent care of my cat today. she had a small cyst and I was able to quickly schedule! even on a busy day, I felt like they all took good care of us. i appreciate this place!
Amazing and respectful service for myself and my Fur-babies!! We have been coming to this establishment for over 7 years now and have has nothing but the upmost rewarding results from this staff!! Keep up the good work team Alum rock animal hospital!!
I take all three of my pets here. Staff is very friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable and honest. My cat just recently had a surgery here and they did a wonderful job of stitching him and getting him all cleaned up. They explained the procedure and were very helpful when giving care instructions. My dog gets all of his shots here, and our puppy just recently got her puppy kit. Overall, excellent vet!
Ali was great. He explained the treatment plan/options to me in detail to help me determine the best route for treating my dog. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Most importantly, he made my dog feel comfortable. I have tried multiple hospitals in San Jose for routine to emergency visits and I always find myself coming back here.
The kindest staff ever. My dogs have always come out better because of them.
1.4 year old Rocky walked with parvovirus really sick He was hospitalized for 3 days and additional medications to take home with her girlfriend Canela. Parvovirus is terrible but they save Rocky my big boy.
Couldn't be more grateful to these amazing veterinary professionals. The compassionate, helpful, considerate staff went above and beyond to help my dog and I through an unfortunate situation. The trustworthy and knowledgeable DVM performed delicate surgery on my pup and only hours later he's eating and on the mend. Thank you all a million times over 🙏
Staff is awsome! Price is just right. I love this place! Always take my dogs there for regular check up and vaccines. Emergency too! They have passion for what they do. Bujia and crash are my babies and they know how to take care of them.
Even though they were super busy & had 2 surgeries scheduled, they saw & treated our kitten (Kerr) who was sick & not eating for 3 days. Other vets were too busy to see her right away. She was 100% better within 48 hrs. Thank you!!!!
Really knowledgeable assistants and reasonable prices. I moved about 40 minutes away and I still take my cats to this vet.
Excellent affordable service. Friendly staff. Was very helpful for getting an ultrasound for my old boy.
The Assitant and Doc were very nice and friendly. They answered all questions and were focused on my concerns. I was very happy with their patience and love for my Prince.
I enjoy and love bringing my diamond girl here. She's able to go in through one door and come out another door she gets anxiety attacks when she see other dogs and the benefits of this clinic is that they have 2 doors and the staff is phenomenal. The doctors are awesome.I just enjoy being here! Thank you Alum rock Animal Hospital
Genuinely a honest and feel good veterinary office that provides professional services at reasonable prices. Even during this covid crisis, they have maintained an excellent "bed side manner".
